Strange are the times…
I’ll tell you an interesting story. So a few months ago I decided to get back on Facebook after taking a couple of years off from the platform.
Why, you might ask. Well I’ll tell you. It’s very simple. Facebook is still a very good place to network. And I am considering running some more affiliate referral traffic this year.
So anyways, something that I hadn’t anticipated has come up since I’ve been back on that platform.
A few folks are suspicious of me when I try to reach out to them. It’s like they don’t believe it’s really me.
Welcome to the age of A.I. and scammers…it’s like the perfect storm of ridiculousness.
I have literally had to send people out videos privately to get them to understand that no…
…it IS actually me. The genuine article. The one and only. ANd I’ll literally have to tell them things on the video that I would know but an imposter would not.
And you know…it’s fine.
Just one more obstacle to overcome in a long line of obstacles. That’s life when you are in business for yourself. It’s always another thing. And I guess if I’m being honest, I kind of like solving problems. If I didn’t…
…I wouldn’t have kept doing this for so long.
But I will say that there is a certain level of irony in A.I. being sold as something that was supposed to make everyone’s life easier…
…and yet when I look around all I see is A.I. breaking the internet and making people's lives harder in a bunch of different ways.
Here’s how I look at that particular problem though. I just send people quick little videos saying high (It’s not too many) and offer to jump on a live stream at some point if they are still suspicious.
It’s not ideal, but it’s a decent temporary workaround considering the times we are living in, where everyone is suspicious of people not being real.
I’ll couple that simple strategy with running a livestream show from my new Facebook profile over the next couple of weeks.
Are those measures a pain in the gluteus maximus? Heck yes they are.
BUT…
It was me who decided to move away from Facebook, and I don’t regret that decision. And I can’t control technology. It is what it is. We have to work around it.
And all that being said…
This simple way that I am dealing with people not being sure if I really am who I say I am…
…reminds me of what I really wanted to tell you about today.
I got a brand new audio training. It’s called ROCK BOTTOM. It’s probably the most personal training I have ever released…
…and it’s 27 stories talking about how I solved problems in my business over the last decade plus.
I’m talking 3 hours and 24 minutes of stories here. It is significant. I go over some of the BIGGEST problems that I have ever faced since before I even started Epic Conversions…
…and if you haven’t been doing it as long as I have?
It’s safe to say there are probably some things in there you didn’t know.
But all that being said, you can learn more about ROCK BOTTOM by clicking the link in this email (along with a 50% off discount until the end of Friday.)
That’s all I got!
Kam
P.S. Don’t hesitate to ask me any questions you might have about this training. I’m here for you!
